本日は今年に入って多くの注文を頂いているIT-407SSを紹介していこうと思います！
IKEDA Sound Labs.のトーンアームには梨地タイプやバフ研磨後クロームめっきを施したIT-407CR1などがありますが
どちらも本体部は真鍮です。真鍮の持つ柔らかさと重量感はトーンアームの信頼性を高めてくれているのですが
こちらのIT-407SSは本体部がステンレス鋼で出来ております。重量感もさることながら剛性も真鍮より高いので
前者のトーンアームより更にキッチリした音色を奏でてくれます。
そして内部パーツの一部に真鍮を使っております。これがIKEDA Sound Labs.が得意とするハイブリッド構造になっております。
これにより音楽的にも剛と柔を備えるトーンアームとなっております。
更にストロングポイントなのがダイナミックバランスであることです。
MCカートリッジが軽くても重くても、ゼロバランスを取りさえすれば適正針圧をしっかりかけることができます。
またレコード盤の溝に対して強く針を落としたい。その逆もまた然りですが針圧目盛を動かすだけでコンマの差でかけることが出来ます。
どっしりと聴くも良し、軽やかに聴くも良し、その時の皆様の気分に合わせて調整できるのが強みでございます。
インナーリードも通常とは異なり、6N銅と4N銅を組み合わせたハイブリッド構造となっております。
4N銅の持つ力強さ、6N銅の持つ繊細さ、こちらが高い次元で重なりあうことで低音から高音まで気持ちよく奏でてくれますので
アナログオーディオファンの皆様のお持ちになるMCカートリッジの魅力を最大限に引き出すことが出来る事でしょう。
そしてIT-407CR1等と異なる点としてIT-407SSには回転台ではなくIT-VTA-06が標準装備となっております！
こちらの使い勝手は過去の記事で紹介しておりますので割愛させていただきますが
MCカートリッジを沢山所有していて、レコード盤によって交換するアナログオーディオファンの皆様にホントにオススメです。
またヘッドシェルもステンレス鋼性のIS-2TSSが標準装備。シェルリードはISL-2(6N銅)です。
出力ケーブルもHBC-MS-5000DRの一部の仕様が違うモノが標準装備。なので特別出力ケーブルを購入する必要もないのも良いところだと思っております。

IKEDA Sound Labs.'s tonearms include the matte finish type and the IT-407CR1, which is chrome plated after buffing.
The main body of both is brass. The softness and weight of brass increases the reliability of the tone arm.

The head shell is also equipped with stainless steel IS-2TSS as standard. The shell lead is ISL-2 (6N copper).
The output cable also comes standard with some specifications that are different from the HBC-MS-5000DR. So I think it's a good thing that there is no need to purchase a special output cable.
